    great at home tips! which of the three poses IS ok for pregnant women?

    In this series only the second pose is appropriate for pregnant women, the supported child’s pose. Thanks for asking! – Siobhan

    Thanks so much, Siobhan. I’ve been having more lower back issues in my practice lately, and I am going to start integrating these into my home practice to relieve some of the strain I feel in my practice. I especially appreciate the tip about using a chair for a modified legs-up-the-wall pose.
