this title is reserved for yogis who have shown a strong dedication to their practice, are enthusiastic about their growth, and enjoy sharing it with others.

i have been a member at tranquil space for about a year, and it has been a privilege to be part of the community. the warmth of the studio—from its charming spaces to the friendly teachers and staff—has provided me with an amazing space to practice yoga, as well as an environment for me to focus my mind and explore compassion for myself and others. as an expectant mother (due in july!), the tranquil space prenatal program has been an important part of my pregnancy. instructors have been helping me to physically prepare for my son’s birth, and the lessons i am learning off the mat are teaching me to let go of some of my type-a personality traits and surrender to the upcoming (and wonderful) changes that a baby will bring to my world.
