focus on natural wines- biodynamic/organic/sustainable begin with a 75 minute yoga practice designed to help you feel grounded. in our yoga practice, as in life, when we begin to root down and really stand on our own two feet we begin to learn that our purpose is to express our true nature. in the same way, the vine roots down into the earth so that it can express the true nature of the earth that it is planted in. that true nature is ‘terroir’; a french word that loosely translates to “a taste of the earth”. after class enjoy a complementary wine tasting focusing on wines that express ‘terroir’. learn more about what it means for a wine to be ‘natural’ and what the differences are between biodynamic, organic and sustainable wines. all levels beginners through advanced are welcome to attend. please note that tasting is completely complimentary and that all attendees must be 21 to attend.
