together with your wellness consultant you will set goals and a clear path to help you achieve what is important to you. a wellness consultant/coach is there to help you discover a more fulfilled, balanced life both physically, emotionally, and mentally. can be used for: life balance, weight loss, body image, stress reduction/management, nutritional changes, quitting bad habits, and more.

**3 month package (3 30 min meetings and email support for 90 days).....$200
