i feel so honored to be chosen tranquil space's yogi of the month. i first came to ts about six weeks ago, completely new to yoga and unaware how profound it would be in such a short period of time. it only took one class to realize how rejuvenated i felt and that i had to come back for more. since that first class, ts has provided more than a sense of rejuvenation for me. beyond the physical capabilities i am beginning to experience, it has given me an ability to be more focused on the present, a greater sense of peace and a greater sense of happiness that i want to share with all those around me. it is so refreshing to enter a place where everyone is genuinely so friendly and you feel welcome. i am truly grateful to now be a part of the tranquil space community and plan to continue yoga as a lifelong practice.
