ts at the new york gift show
kimberly and i are back from the big pomme (that's apple in french) after our bi-annual trip to the new york international gift fair. vendors sell their products to retailers like tranquil space at this trade show. every visit, we purchase new merchandise for the boutique and get ideas about trends, merchandising and hot new gifts for you. we stopped in the booth of one of our new favorite vendors, papaya. it was colorful and inspirational like all of their cards and journals. look for the new envelope sets to arrive in september.
a new line that we are totally excited about is lotus love beauty.
this line of handmade soaps, lotions and bath salts are made with organic and natural ingredients and are 100% vegan and not tested on animals. i know we are still in the dog days of summer, but we have to begin thinking of the holiday season. so start planning now to include these sweet treats on your gift list today.
many of you have picked up the curly girl yoga cards to go along with
your purchases. the creator of curly girl was featured in kimberly's blog and podcast (episode 145, but i know you subscribe, right?). she has some new items for the fall and they'll be headed to the boutique very soon. great journals, pencils and new cards are sure to be a hit with the curly girl fans. i stopped to take a quick photo in their booth while they finalized our order. within the next month or so you'll see these items and more trickle into the boutique doors. grab them early as they are sure to be popular holiday finds.
